Speaking before a huge crowd in Moi Gardens, Raila said he will ensure all those who have been dipping fingers in national coffers account for how they acquired their immense wealth. This will increase the morale of workers in the tea plantation hence more utilization of land to grow tea. Land prices will also move up.
